Specifications

Builder Georg Bolin
Construction year 1971
Condition Excellent
Top Spruce
Back and sides Brazilian rosewood. Very beautiful. See pictures.
Scale  Why is this Bolin so special? It is because of the longer scale. Normal Bolin altoguitar would be 575 mm and with a cutaway. This one is 615 mm with no cutaway.  Cutaway is not needed since the body meets the fretboard at 12th fret. Does it make any difference in the sound? Yes it does. The sound is bigger.

This guitar will not be sold until I´ve got a very talented luthier to make some copies for me.

Nut String 1-11 95 mm
Tuners Reischel.
Comments Bolin did not give his guitars numbers but names. This one is called Co´lor.

There is no better instrument to play Bach.
