Comments | As a nephew of Antonio Marín Montero, José Marín Plazuelo has been working for more than 40 years in the workshop of the legendary Antonio Marín Montero, building his own flamenco guitars. One of Spain’s finest luthiers. This feather light, sensational blanca is made from the best German bearclaw spruce and cypress of the fabulous old stock of Antonio Marín. She has a strong, punchy, loud sound with great harmonics, a quick attack and brilliant, singing trebles in all registers. Very easy to play. Only minimal, cosmetic playing wear, french polish. One of the finest, purebred flamenco guitar. She provides so much depth and brilliance. Pure joy to play – also for a classical guitarist! |
