| Comments | Alan Clark was a famous english lute constuctor in the seventies and eighties. He built 100 lute instruments and 50 other plucked instruments. Unfortunately he stopped in 1985. He lives in Ryedale, North Yorkshire.
The top was updated and replaced in 1988 by Frank Bormann.
